Best Garmin Watches for Running!
There are so many Garmin watches that could qualify as the best Garmin Watches, it all depends on the needs that you want. The first thing to determine is if you’re wanting all the bells and whistles or something more simple just to help keep tracking of your distance, time and pace. Some of the higher end best Garmin watches include things like barometers, compasses, etc. They can get pretty fancy, but with all the fanciness comes a bigger price tag, too
Make running simple by running with one of the best Garmin watches!
The heel in most traditional style running shoes is 10 to 12mm higher than the forefoot. In minimal or barefoot style running shoes it’s only 4mm of heel to toe drop or less to take out some of the heel impact and move you towards a more midfoot or forefoot strike. There are zero drop running shoes. The zero drop running shoes are the style of running shoes that I prefer to run in!

I personally own the Garmin 310XT and the Garmin ForeRunner 10!
While the Garmin watches I own are the older models, I run with several folks who have the VivoActive, 230, 235, and even the 920XT and 735XT, which can be great for multi-sport training!
